While we're sad to see you go, canceling your Typefully subscription can be done in a few simple steps.

Cancel Your Subscription

Once you've logged in to Typefully, go to your Settings in the bottom-left corner.

Then select "Billing" in the left navigation, and "Cancel Subscription".

You'll be presented with a few options.

1.) You can move your subscription to another account. To do this select "Chat with us" and share your X handle and the X handle of the person you would like to transfer the subscription to.

2.) If you think we're missing a vital feature, please add it or upvote it here, reach out to us so we can help you get this logged.

3.) If there is a bug that is hindering your experience, please let us know as we would like to get it solved for you.

If none of these apply to you and you simply wish to cancel please hit the "Continue" button and follow the onscreen prompts.

FAQ

Will I automatically receive a refund?

In case you would also like a refund, please refer to our refund policy here, where you'll be able to request a refund if your account qualifies for it. In case it falls outside of the refund window you can always reach out.

Will I still be able to access my Typefully account?

Yes! You will be put onto the free plan. You will be able to still access your analytics and any historical data.
